Md. Nurul Anwar

Assistant Professor in English Literature

Md. Nurul Anwar has got more than nine years of experience in teaching English language and
literature both full time and adjunct at top ranking universities in Bangladesh― NSU, IUB,
UIU and BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology. He taught a range of courses starting from Speaking and Writing, Intermediate Composition, Business English, Advanced Writing, Intensive English, Certificate English Proficiency to Adults, Teaching Methodologies, Critical Thinking and Reading, Philosophical Thoughts, Classical literature to Postcolonial Literature along with courses in linguistics. He is passionate about reading and publishing. He follows a student-centered approach to teaching where students get the environment to learn by themselves through practical demonstration and
critical thinking. He believes in critical pedagogy where students learn to be critical of language
and education.
