Research Interests

Research Projects and Awards

I have extensive research-based project experiences across various roles, contributing to projects of national and international significance.

1) As a Research Associate from October 2023 to June 2024, I worked on the documentation of the report titled "Assessment of Socio-Economic Impact of Rubber Plantation in Bangladesh." This project was conducted under the Bangladesh Rubber Board in collaboration with Effective Creation on Human Opinion (ECHO), where I contributed to analyzing the socio-economic outcomes of rubber plantations in the region.

2) Earlier, I served as a Research Assistant from September 2021 to April 2022, contributing to the "Program Evaluation of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group Food Security Program (Jeddah Declaration)."

3) My experience also includes fieldwork as a lead enumerator from August 2021 to September 2021 for the "Climate-Induced Migration" project. This collaborative effort with the South Asian Network on Economic Modelling (SANEM) and the British Council Bangladesh explored the socio-economic consequences of climate-driven migration, where I gathered and processed data from affected communities.

4) In May 2019, I worked as an Assistant Project Officer at Action Contre La Faim (A.C.F.), conducting Knowledge, Attitude, and Practices (K.A.P.) and Household Survey (H.H.S.) assessments at the Kutupalong refugee camp in Cox’s Bazar.

5) Additionally, in December 2018, I served as an Enumerator for the "Women’s Health Status Program" under the supervision of Mr. Zulan Dhar, Associate Professor, Department of Economics, University of Chittagong.
