𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗿𝗮 The UCTC Computer Club, in collaboration with 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗡𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵, successfully organized a 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 yesterday on “Cyber Security in the Modern Digital Era: Threats, Risk Management, and Professional Career Opportunities” at the UCTC Seminar Hall. The workshop brought together students from the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝟭𝘀𝘁–𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿) and provided an engaging practical learning experience focused on 𝗰𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀, 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, security awareness, and 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 in the cyber security sector. The program was graced by the presence of 𝗠𝗱. 𝗔𝗯𝘂 𝗝𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗱, Associate Professor and Head, Department of CSE, alongside 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗮, Lecturer and Coordinator, 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗯 𝗛𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻, Lecturer and Coordinator, Department of CSE. In their speeches, they highlighted the importance of 𝗰𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆-𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, and practical technological education in today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape. Also present during the session were the respected 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗦𝗘. The interactive session was conducted by 𝗞𝗮𝘇𝗶 𝗧𝗮𝗺𝘇𝗶𝗱 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗵𝗮 𝗦𝗵𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗸, Faculty at PeopleNTech Institute of IT, 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗢𝗖 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 (𝗖|𝗦𝗔) and PGD in Cybersecurity, whose insightful lecture and hands-on demonstrations created a highly impactful experience for the participants.
