Monthly Coordination & Exam Preparation Meeting 2026
The University of Creative Technology Chittagong (UCTC) successfully held its Monthly Coordination & Exam Preparation Meeting 2026 on 31 August 2026, focusing on academic coordination, examination readiness, departmental planning, and the smooth execution of upcoming academic activities. The meeting was chaired by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Professor Md. Zahid Hossain Sharif, PhD, in the presence of Registrar Salahuddin Ahmed, Deputy Controller of Examinations Md. Riduanul Hoque, Md. Gias Uddin, Campus Coordinator, Md. Abu Bakkar Sikder and Daud Hasan, Coordinators, ME Department, Nure Yeazdani and Preetom Chandra Dey, Coordinators, CE Department, and faculty members of the ME and CE Departments. The meeting included discussions on ongoing academic activities, examination preparation, departmental coordination, class management, and necessary measures to ensure the smooth and timely completion of upcoming academic activities, reflecting UCTC’s continued commitment to academic excellence, effective coordination, institutional discipline, and quality education
